The recent Pulse Academy received outstanding feedback, with participants highlighting the event’s excellent organisation, welcoming atmosphere, and valuable networking opportunities. We greatly appreciate everyone’s input, which helps us enhance the Academy experience year after year.

Ease of Access: The majority of attendees rated this as “Excellent”, with a handful choosing “Good”. No negative responses were recorded.
Meeting Facilities: Most participants gave top marks for the facilities, with only one “Okay” response.
Accommodation: Predominantly “Excellent” responses, with a few “Good” and only one suggestion for improvement.
Food: Catering was highly rated, with “Excellent” being the overwhelming verdict.
Ambience: A high number of “Excellent” ratings, reflecting the positive, energising environment.
Value & Overall Experience: Nearly all attendees selected “Excellent”, confirming that the event delivered strong value and an enjoyable experience.

Suggestions for Future Academies

Participants offered constructive suggestions for further improvement:

Session Structure: Reduce the number of back-to-back sessions to support better information absorption and ease jet lag.
Topic Suggestions: Explore subjects such as neuromarketing (“How the brain works in relation to marketing”) and include showcases of award-winning B2B campaigns.
Breaks: Consider consolidating shorter breaks into a longer post-lunch break for brain rest.
Wellbeing Activities: Add optional yoga or movement classes in the morning to help energise attendees.
