How to Maintain a 100% Green Compliance Score—and Why It Matters
The BBuNified Compliance Reporting (BCR) system helps ensure every agency contributes to the strength, visibility, and operational consistency of the BBN partnership. Below is a summary of what’s required in each section—and the real benefits of doing it well:
1. Induction Completion (20%)
Requirement: Partner-designated participants must complete Induction modules.
Benefit: A properly inducted team is more effective in navigating BBN tools, protocols, and collaboration opportunities—leading to faster onboarding, smoother collaboration, and fewer support issues down the line.
2. Reporting (15%)
Requirement: Attend the monthly BCR call and submit the commission report.
Benefit: Keeping BBN Central informed helps track your engagement and ensures proper credit and visibility for your agency’s efforts. It also enables accurate revenue sharing through referrals, business attribution and ROI.
3. BBN Marketing Support (15%)
Requirement: Update your agency homepage with the BBN logo and “support line” messaging.
Benefit: Increases BBN's visibility and credibility globally. This unified brand presence strengthens BBN’s proposition to potential clients—ultimately leading to more leads and shared opportunities across the partnership, including for your own agency.
4. Content Contribution (15%)
Requirement: Review the BBN case study list and confirm a submission.
Benefit: Keeps the BBN case study database library fresh and diverse, helping us win new business. Sharing your successes positions your agency as a leader within BBN and externally—raising your profile for both pitches and referrals.
5. AGM Attendance (10%)
Requirement: Attend the Annual General Meeting.
Benefit: Direct involvement in strategic decision-making, networking, and alignment with other agency leaders. The AGM is where future plans are shaped, so your voice—and presence—matters.
6. Team Contributions (10%)
Requirement: Actively participate in task teams and collaborative projects.
Benefit: Helps shape key initiatives across BBN, from methodology updates to pitch strategy. Contributing ensures your agency’s thinking is represented and keeps you at the heart of partnership progress.

7. Academy Attendance (10%)
Requirement: Send at least one team member to the BBN Academy.
Benefit: The Academy builds skills, shares best practices, and builds trust-based relationships. Attending strengthens your team and deepens the potential for inter-agency collaboration.
8. L&D Commitment (5%)
Requirement: Confirm a contribution (or date) for a webinar, training, or knowledge-sharing session.
Benefit: Positions your team as experts and helps others learn from your strengths. This cross-learning reinforces BBN’s value as a knowledge-led partnership—and builds your agency’s reputation internally.
Why it’s worth it
Agencies that consistently maintain a 100% Green score not only show their commitment to the partnership—they also position themselves for greater visibility, influence, and shared business success across BBN.
