Q: Will meals be provided? Yes, all meals and refreshments will be provided during the event, including a welcome dinner on Wednesday evening and a farewell breakfast on Saturday morning.

Q: Is there Wi-Fi? Of course! Login details will be provided at check-in.

Q: Can I arrive late or leave early? We strongly encourage full attendance to benefit from the complete Academy experience, but please let us know in advance if your schedule requires flexibility.

Q: Are there toiletries and hairdryers in the rooms?

Yes, both are available in your room and from housekeeping. If you need an iron & board, please ask reception.

Q: Will I need to prepare anything in advance? Yes! – you’ll find the pre-read list in this event hub to download before the Academy, including background on the World Bee Project and key BBN tools. Reviewing this in advance will help you get the most out of the sessions and hit the ground running in the group challenge.
