This month’s BCR report has undergone some enhancements to provide clearer insights into agency performance and trends. These improvements are designed to help agencies better understand their compliance standing and focus on continuous improvement.

The Scorecard now includes a traffic light heat map, offering a visual representation of performance across key criteria. This makes it easier to identify areas of strength and those requiring attention at a glance.

We have also introduced a Year-to-Date (YTD) analysis, which provides two key metrics:

1. A weighted average, emphasising the four most recent months to reflect current performance trends more accurately.
2. The standard average YTD offers a broader view of performance over the year to date.

Additionally, the report highlights the month-on-month change in score, comparing the current month’s results to the previous month. Agencies should aim to keep this number positive, demonstrating consistent progress and improvement over time.

Please note that agencies consistently scoring in the dark orange or red zones will trigger an assessment review with BBN Central, as this indicates the need for urgent intervention and corrective action.
