The monthly BBuNified Compliance Report (BCR) is crafted to accurately track and reflect the engagement, commitment, and collaboration of agencies across the BBN partnership, to ensure we are the best we can be.
01. INTRODUCTION
This monthly report consists of two sections:
- The Scorecard
- Year-to-Date (YTD) analysis
The Scorecard includes a traffic light heat map, offering a visual representation of performance across key criteria within the last month. This makes it easier to identify areas of strength and those requiring attention at a glance.
The Year-to-Date (YTD) analysis, provides two key metrics:
- A weighted average, emphasising the four most recent months to reflect current performance trends more accurately.
- The standard average YTD offers a broader view of performance over the year to date.
Additionally, the report highlights the month-on-month change in score, comparing the current month’s results to the previous month. Agencies should aim to keep this number zero or positive, demonstrating consistent maintenance or progress and improvement over time.
Please note that agencies consistently scoring in the dark orange or red zones will trigger an assessment review with BBN Central, as this indicates the need for urgent intervention and corrective action.
