YOUR CHALLENGE: FUND THE BUZZ
On Friday, it’s your turn to take the lead.
In cross-agency teams, you’ll be tasked with creating a B2B sponsorship campaign to support the World Bee Project – a global initiative tackling pollinator decline through tech, data and community engagement.
This is not a drill. The winning ideas from this workshop will inform a live campaign rolled out via The World Bee Project's channels, with BBN and partner agencies encouraged to support and amplify wherever possible.

THE BRIEF
You’ll receive a 2-page discovery document ahead of the workshop that outlines:
- The World Bee Project’s goals and impact
- Current and target audiences
- Key challenges and opportunities
Your first job as a team? Turn that insight into a tight, focused campaign brief – then build a powerful idea from it using BBN’s tools.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- A clear, strategic brief aligned to the challenge
- A bold, cohesive campaign idea that speaks to B2B sponsors
- Creative use of BBN methodologies and tools
- Confident, collaborative teamwork
- A pitch that convinces and inspires
ON FRIDAY
- Morning Briefing & Group Allocation Teams are announced and the challenge is re-capped.
- Meet your Coaches Before diving in, meet the experts who are there to support & guide if needed.
- Collaborative Campaign Work Use the day to shape your approach, messaging, visuals, and delivery. (A working lunch will be provided so you can stay focused.)
- Pitch Time Each group presents their campaign idea to the rest of the Academy.
